1.How to order the favorite Store?

1) Choose your favorite shoes and then click the "Add To Cart" button, and you will turn to "mycart/list" page.

2) Confirm the information (size, quantity, etc.) about items, after you can "Continue Shopping" or click "Go to checkout" button directly and fill out address details, such as: Name, Address, City or APO/FPO, State/Province, Telephone, Zip/Postal Code, and E-mail,etc.

3) After you finish the filling, click the"Continue checkout" to comfirm your order.

4) After that the Web page will link to the “credit card company and the payment” page and you can accomlish the purchase here by selecting the payment method.

5) Press the "go to checkout" bar and edit shipping address and choice of transport mode (Best way EMS, Free shipping)

6) Key in the coupon code (if you have) and select the payment method.

2.The order process was blocked or interrupted, what to do?

Don't worry. If you have made payment successful, we will send an email to confirm your shipping information. If your payment is unsuccessful, we also would email you within 24hours. Perhaps if you have any doubt about your order, you can contact us.

3.When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

4.What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

5.Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

7.How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
